No Weather Delays
All work is conducted in Mastech’s 22,500 square foot climate controlled facility, allowing work to continue those days field work wouldn’t have been feasible. Prefabrication makes overall job schedules less susceptible to impacts from weather and allows for work to get done around the clock.
Flexible Construction
Mastech can accelerate the schedule of the project by erecting entire portions of the building at once so that other trades can begin early. Mastech works with the customer and GC to determine the erection sequence that best minimizes the schedule’s critical path.

Multi-story construction often incurs extra costs and risk. With prefabrication, your top floor wall panels are built at table height, saving time and money.
